Computational Modelling and Computer Simulations for Biosystems

  • This project will consider mathematical models of computational systems biology and develop a numerical model for a biosystem namely Heat shock response mechanism with multisite phosphorylation. Based on the novel numerical model, run computer simulations and evaluate parameter estimations to fit laboratory experimental data. Moreover, in order to take over multisite phosphorylation’s combinatorial complexity, rule-based modelling technique to be used and studied.
